  • Beras ketan 800 gr
  • gula merah 250 gr
  • gula pasir 100 gr
  • santan 750 CC
  • garam 1 sdt
  • daun pandan 3 lembar
  • daun jeruk 6 lembar

CARA MEMBUAT :

  1. tanak beras ketan hingga matang
  2. rebus gula merah, gula pasir, santan, garam, daun pandan dan daun jeruk hingga mendidih.
  3. masukkan beras ketan, aduk hingga rata.
  4. pindahkan ke cetakan yang sudah diberi alas daun pisang.
  5. biarkan sampai dingin, baru dipotong-potong
