Bahan:

  • 90 gr tepung beras
  • 1 sdm tepung ketan
  • 1/4 sdt garam
  • 100 ml air
  • 50 ml santan
  • 100 gr ubi jalar, kuus haluskan

Cara Membuat:

  1. Campur tepung beras, tepung ketan, garam dan air. Aduk hingga rata dan licin.
  2. Tambahkan santan aduk rata.
  3. Masukkan ubi Jalar, aduk rata.
  4. Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan kecil tahan panas. kukus selama 20 menit. Angkat, dinginkan dan sajikan
