Bahan Kulit :

  • 300 gr singkong, parut
  • 2 gr garam
  • 1/2 sdt gula pasir atau gula palem
  • 100 gr keju Cheddar, potong dadu 1/2 cm
  • 100 gr tepung roti halus
  • Minyak goreng

Cara Membuat:

  1. Campur singkong, garam dan gula. Aduk rata.
  2. Ambil sedikit adonan, pipihkan. Beri sepotong keju, lalu bilatkan. Gulingkan di tepung roti. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.
  3. Panaskan minyak. Goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan. Angkat, tiriskan.
  4. Sajikan.
