Bahan:

  • 300 gram singkong, kukus
  • 200 gram jagung manis pipil, rebus
  • 1/2  sdt garam

Bahan taburan:

  • 200 gram kelapa parut
  • 2 lembar daun pandan, simpulkan
  • 1/4 sdt garam
  • 50 gram gula pasir

Cara membuat:

  1. Taburan: kukus kelapa parut, daun pandan dan garam selama 15 menit. Angkat lalu tambahkan gula pasir.
  2. Tumbuk singkong, jagung manis dan garam hingga halus.
  3. Padatkan di loyang yang dialasi plastik, potong-potong.
  4. Sajikan dengan bahan taburan.
